MY DEAR ROYAL HIGHNESS

My Sincere Congratulations on Your 36th Birthday. I will start this letter with a personal word because I understand how difficult it has been for you to get along through this heavy week in which you had to take distance from your past. I express my sincere compassion but at the same time I congratulate you with all my heart on the New Start that you have made on the Day that you receive this letter. I celebrated D Day two times already, on 7 October last year and the recent 22 June and I think there will have to come much more.
